red-letter day

today's a tiring day
lol
really dun wan to wake up la...
but i did....

time passed quite fast la
soon it was lunch time
took half day to settle things
met up with alicia
headed to tao payoh
lunched
den cabbed to mediacorp
to collect tickets to lights out
mediacorp so ulu lo
lol
first time there
cabbed out again
headed to outram
to the blood donation centre
wanted to donate
but found out my blood low in iron
like argh
second time wan to donate le lo
and end up still cannot

waited for alicia to be done
she came out with a purple arm band
lol
promised to come again with her after 3 months
hmmmm
maybe third time's a charm?
hmmmm
headed to city hall
marina square
while walking there saw my first three months ogl
so funny
surprised he still remember me
the slippers i wanted to get is sold out

no fate
wanted to check put movie time
but only like saw 4 movies
dunno why
didn't see clothes that interest me

maybe is no mood

headed to suntec
dunno why me n alicia seem to stay in watsons alot

asked abt the tickets we wanted to get
but they seem SO blur abt it

headed back to raffles city
mos burger for dinner
mel FINALLY turned up

wanted to go cafe cartel for dessert
but
we ended up visiting ber at new asia bar
nice place
had lychee martini for the first time

headed home with alicia

i ran into fang xian at kembangan la
actually she spotted me lo

its been SO long since i saw her la
we did alot of catching up
but still so much to say
think we stood by the road side for like 1/2 hr plus jus talking
planned to meet up next next week

mel joined us

but guys couldn't go in

so we headed to starbucks for sum chilling

arrived work half an hour late
left work an hour early
but ironically

and completed more than sum other days

LIGHTS OUT

oh gosh
its got to be the MOST exciting thing tt happened since i dunno when
i WON tickets to LIGHTS OUT @ stadium

yep
won FOUR tics
frm perfect 10
dan n yang's 30 seconds of silence
lol
i was shaking like a leaf when talking la
damn hilarious now tt i think back
qn was the most memorable thing abt the stadium
my mind being quite blank
talked abt the family day of last year's NDP
i can't believe i got through la
after a few times trying though
=)
and yes
dan n yang is funny to talk to
especially the part when they ask abt the details
lol

tml's acjc concert
going to see e.t. n grace!!
and maybe even more band mates

miss them lots

i admire ppl who can express themselves well
be it through speech or words
being able to speak freely of wad they feel n not fear wad ppl think

the stadium is closing
an important n prominent part of spore
after so long
its really going to be gone
though maybe i didn't really spent much time there

celebrated mel's 19th birthday
abit early though
on the 16th
party was at dom's house

sat
rushed rushed rushed
met choo
took bus to dom's
on the bus
den we realised tt we could haf took the bus nearer to our hses
lol
started raining la

bus trip was quite short
still raining
so dom came out to fetch us
settled down a little
den headed out for late lunch
den grocery shopping
rushed back
ber n elvin came le
the gals started to marinate n stuff
while the guys slacked
haha
dom went to church
sent the guys out to buy stuff
argh
had to pick up so many calls
until i wanna peng la
cuz i also dun really nor how to direct them

fire started
not many ppl there yet
mahjong table came out
hahaha
bday gal came
slack sum more
slowly more ppl came
lots of food
was mostly bbq ing outside

surprised mel with not one but TWO cakes

it was nearing 1 pluspm
wanted to eat prata
but ended up eating sumwhere near mel's hse
k.oed when i reached home
